Delivery and Returns Policy
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders within the UK. Alternatively, if you want to track your order or if you would like to receive your order more quickly, we also offer a Special Delivery for £7.95.
Please note that it can take up to 30 days to process and manufacture your order-this does not include delivery. Once the goods have been dispatched, the delivery times below apply.
All orders within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail or an alternative carrier during Royal Mail industrial action. Delivery Charges are as follows:
* Standard Delivery within the UK is Free and will take 3-5 working days from dispatch
* Special Delivery within the UK is £7.95 and will take 1-2 working days from dispatch and is a trackable service
* European (Standard) Delivery is £3.95 and will take 3-5 working days from dispatch
* International (Airsure) Delivery is £9.95 and will take 5-7 working days from dispatch
* Returns postage is at your own cost and risk
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and, in any event, within 35 days of your order if delivering within the UK. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 35 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email, post, or telephone at our contact address of the problem within 7 days after the expected date of delivery has passed.
Due to the unique nature of our items, we can only accept returned items if the products are manufacturing fault. Please bare this in mind when making your order and ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase, as we cannot amend your order once it has been placed.
You have 7 working days from receipt of your purchase to inform us of any faults and to send us any returns that you may have, but ONLY if the item is faulty. You have 10 days from notification to send back the goods you wish you return. We will not refund or exchange any item sent back to us outside of this time frame.
All returns must be sent complete with the relevant form below to enable us to process your return efficiently. We recommend you use a trackable postage service to make any returns. Returns can take up to 30 days to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any return.
If your item is unsuitable
Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any item on the basis that you are not satisfied with the product – this is due to each item being personalised and custom-made to your order. Furthermore we cannot accept pierced goods as unsuitable for hygiene reasons.
If your item is faulty
If you come across faulty goods, please send an email Lisa.Johnson@optimajewellery.co.uk or complete and submit our ‘Returns’ form on our website and send the faulty item(s) back within 10 days of your notifying us and we will then issue you a refund or exchange. You will not be reimbursed the cost of returns postage.
Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises. We recommend using a trackable postage service. We will not accept liability for lost parcels. Please also ensure you package your returns securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes in transit. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
